  This directory is for files downloaded as part of the process of building the robot code.
  Currently (Oct 2015) Bazel actually downloads files from here.
  Files should never be edited or deleted in this folder. If there is a new version of something, it must be saved under a different name so old versions of the code still build identically.
  
  It is remapped to http://frc971.org/Build-Dependencies in /etc/apache2/sites-available/spartanrobotics.org
  Users in the webfiles group on robotics.mvla.net can manage the files 
  in robotics.mvla.net:/www/http/files/frc971/Build-Dependencies.
